Job Summary
Lead and coordinate customer service, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure efficient operations, optimize delivery routes, and maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer service, warehouse, and delivery teams to achieve operational excellence
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for warehouse management, drivers, and customer service teams
- Optimize daily delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce travel time
- Coordinate directly with customers to confirm or reschedule delivery slots, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
- Assign delivery and warehouse tasks to staff based on location, urgency, and team capacity to meet service targets
- Monitor daily delivery progress in real-time and resolve scheduling conflicts or operational issues promptly
- Support maintenance activities, including basic chest freezer repairs (experience preferred but not mandatory)
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Class 3 driving license
- Possess a Food Safety license
- Possess a forklift license
- Able to work shifts
