Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide our store employees according to company policy
• Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner as established by management.
• Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive offs daily.
• Have the physical ability to perform all duties of a store cashier regularly.
• Communicate and perform all price change request, mark downs / ups as requested by the Operations Manager.
• Ensure all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner.
• Weekly duty roster scheduling for all employees
• Handle customer service and complaints

Requirements

• Willing to work long hour, weekend/public holiday
• Able to work rotating shift including midnight shift
• Pleasant, polite, and customer-focused personality
• Able to stand for long hours and perform basic lifting of stock items
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
