Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor site progress with internal teams and external partners to ensure work follows specifications and timelines
- Plan and supervise project activities, including managing materials and labor to meet project goals
- Enforce compliance with safety codes and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on site
- Read and interpret construction drawings to guide site work accurately
- Perform reinforcement concreting, tiling, plastering, and other finishing tasks to meet quality standards
- Supervise, inspect, and manage construction activities to ensure proper execution and completion
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess at least Primary/Secondary/O Level, Higher Secondary/College, Professional Certificate, or Nitec in any field
- Have at least 1 year of working experience in a related construction field
