Supervisor / Delivery Team Lead (Class 3 License Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day delivery operations and team of drivers
• Plan and assign delivery routes for drivers
• Arrange and supervise loading of goods into vehicles daily
• Pack and organize goods in cold room storage
• Perform deliveries as part of daily responsibilities
• Ensure timely, accurate, and safe transport of goods
• Maintain delivery schedules and resolve any on-road issues
• Ensure drivers comply with safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 Driving License
• Experience in logistics or delivery operations
• Able to work in cold room environments
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, packing, loading)
• Willing and able to work on weekends
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of local delivery routes
