Job Description

  • Supervise, motivate, and direct construction workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
  • Enforce strict safety regulations, conduct safety training, and ensure compliance with building codes and legal requirements
  • Plan daily activities, manage schedules, order materials, and ensure smooth workflow to keep projects on track
  • Inspect work, materials, and site conditions to ensure adherence to blueprints, specifications, and standards
  • Act as the main link between crews, engineers, architects, clients, and project managers, providing updates and resolving issues
  • Maintain detailed site records, progress reports, and handle essential paperwork
  • Staying up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction
  • Resolve workplace issues, conflicts, and escalated customer complaints
