Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Supervisor to lead daily café operations, support the team, and ensure smooth service flow while maintaining high standards in quality and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations to ensure efficient and smooth service flow
- Lead, guide, and support baristas and service crew to maintain team performance
- Ensure consistency in drink quality and deliver excellent customer experiences
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Manage opening and closing duties to maintain operational readiness
- Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning to optimize coverage
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely inventory ordering to prevent shortages
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Train new staff to uphold service standards and operational excellence
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of F&B or café experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by guiding and motivating teams
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with staff and customers
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
- Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Passion for coffee, tea, and enhancing customer experience
