Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff including receivers, pickers, packers,
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment.
Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipment of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Enforce all safety policies and procedures conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
Maintain accurate records including shipping/receiving logs, inventory reports, and staff attendance.
Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse team members provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, procurement, production) to meet operational targets.
Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and schedule repairs as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, layout, and productivity.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
