Job Description & Requirements

  • Operations Management:Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality products.
  • Staff Management:Recruit, train, schedule, and manage food and beverage staff.
  • Menu & Procurement:Design menus, forecast needs, purchase supplies, and manage inventory and vendor relationships.
  • Financial Oversight:Monitor revenues and expenses, manage budgets, and strive to achieve financial goals.
  • Customer Service:Ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints, and develop strategies for customer retention and positive experiences.
  • Compliance & Safety:Enforce food and beverage safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards.
  • Marketing & Events:Collaborate on marketing initiatives and coordinate with event planners for functions.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to build relationships and manage staff at all levels.
  • relevant qualification and experience
  • Able to work weekend and public holiday.
  • Able to work NIGHT-SHIFT
