Customer Service:Ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints, and develop strategies for customer retention and positive experiences.
Compliance & Safety:Enforce food and beverage safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards.
Marketing & Events:Collaborate on marketing initiatives and coordinate with event planners for functions.
