Job Description

  • Plan and supervise multiple teams of cleaners in cleaning projects
  • Conduct recruitment and interviews of cleaners to maintain proper cleaning manpower staffing
  • Implement and revise the operation SOP for the job sites
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and Workplace Safety and Health policies and procedures
  • Manage and handle client feedback and on-site incidents
  • Monitor and ensure smooth running of daily operations
  • Manage equipment and supply inventory and replenishment as and when necessary
  • Transporting cleaners to and between job sites as and when required
