Job Description & Requirements

Lead, facilitate and mange a team of M & E Department.

Liaise with project teams to drive initiatives to improve construction work processes.

Liaise with authorities on incentives and productivity related issues under the guidance of Senior Manager.

Prepare proposals for submission to authorities

Prepare progress reports

Prepare & Submission of RFI/FCR.

Shop Drawing/Material Review & Submission.

Attend to all relevant contracts administration and documentation for project.

To work out cost estimation/ budgetary cost on electrical services

Liside with suppliers for quotations

To supervise the overall site works related to M&E service and ensure in line with safety requirements

To liaise with respective parties on checking of drawings

Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants and main-contractors on all matters relating to the project operation and coordination
