SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN (M&E)

Supervise and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on construction sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor site progress and ensure M&E installations are completed according to project schedule and quality standards.

Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of M&E works.

Ensure all M&E works comply with BCA regulations, Singapore standards, and relevant authority requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, safety practices, and compliance with approved method statements.

Review and verify shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements before site implementation.

Assist in resolving technical issues and coordination conflicts between architectural, structural, and M&E works.

Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations on site.

Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and inspection records.

Supervise testing and commissioning activities for M&E systems.

Ensure proper installation, testing, and handover of M&E services, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems.

Coordinate with relevant authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliance where required.

Strong site coordination, supervision, and communication skills.
