Site Supervision & Coordination: Supervise daily M&E activities (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Progress Monitoring: Plan daily/weekly tasks for workers, track progress against schedules, and resolve technical issues to minimize delays.
Quality Control & Safety: Conduct site inspections to ensure high workmanship quality and enforce safety regulations (WSH), including risk assessments and toolbox meetings.
Resource & Material Management: Ensure availability and proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, update management, and liaise with project managers, consultants, and contractors.
Testing & Commissioning: Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
