Job Description & Requirements
Site view and liaises with customers on site access, advice on equipment to be used for the assigned project.
- Prepare site Risk Assessment, Safe Work Method Statement and Safe Working Procedure to customers.
- Attend to all customer's feedback and complaint.
- Brief all new staff on safety issue and their duties to be performed.
- Attend to all issues on operators and helpers.
Plan group training to all helpers on pump handling and operating procedures. - Conduct and attend worker disciplinary matters.
- Attend to customers orders.
- Plan and deploy workers schedules based on sales orders.
- Plan and deploy towing details.
- Check and approve all workers timecards and submit to HR to process payroll.
- Oversees whole operation teams assigned to customer's site.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
