Job Responsibilities:
1. Safety - Ensure Safety Requirements work compliance (OSS) pertaining to work activities are being adhered to.
2. Quality
a. Implements and maintains all ISO 9000 procedures.
b. Regular check to installation quality based on in-house quality guidelines.
c. Coordinate with main contractor, other subcontractors and owner for other works related to waste paper and metal
d. Arranges for electrical power to be available for testing of forklift and lorry crane equipment
e. Check the installation to be in line with the construction drawing, local regulation compliance, and technical specifications.
3. Supervision of all installation works,
a. Conducts regular site inspections on quality and safety issues.
b. Monitors progress of collection works and quality control
4. People Management - Supervises and controls the discipline, morale and performance of subcontractor and installation team.
Job Requirements:
. Minimum 5 years similar experiences as an Installation Supervisor/Foreman or equivalent.
. Have prior supervisory experiences to manage a team of installers or testers and subcontractors.
. Have strong technical knowledge of maintenance of fork lifts
. Have knowledge of ISO procedures.
. Team player and results-oriented.
