we are looking for Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, supervising staff, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Service
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas, kitchen, and storage.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
2. Staff Supervision
- Supervise, guide, and motivate staff during shifts.
- Assist in staff scheduling, shift planning, and attendance tracking.
- Train new employees on service standards, SOPs, and safety practices.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
3. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular checks on equipment, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Enforce company policies, rules, and operational procedures.
4. Cash & Inventory Control
- Supervise cashiering functions, including daily sales reconciliation.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
- Prevent wastage and control food & beverage costs.
5. Reporting & Support
- Report daily operations, incidents, and sales figures to the Restaurant Manager.
- Assist the Manager with promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
- Take charge of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience in F&B supervision or team leadership.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
