We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Supervisor to oversee daily operations and guide a dynamic team to deliver excellent service and smooth shop performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations including opening and closing of the outlet
- Lead, train and support team members, especially new hires
- Oversee mise en place and ensure smooth preparation for service
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Manage order taking, preparation and timely serving of food & drinks
- Monitor adherence to company standards, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Handle POS operations and ensure accurate billing and cash handling
- Plan shift schedules, assign duties, and support staff performance
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and ensure readiness for next day
- Assist in inventory control, stock checks, and placing orders
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by Company
Job Requirements:
- Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service
- Outgoing, highly motivated, and takes initiative
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Preferably holds a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
