Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive supervisor to manage warehousing operations including handpacking, supervising staff, and overseeing container logistics to ensure efficient warehouse workflow and accurate stock management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise staff and employees to maintain productivity and quality standards
- Manage the receipt and dispatch of containers to ensure timely warehouse operations
- Oversee handpacking processes to meet operational targets and quality requirements
- Monitor and verify stock supplies to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Apply strong organisational and communication skills to coordinate multiple operational tasks and stakeholders
- Respond to customer service enquiries by providing clear and timely information
Preferred competencies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Work independently and maintain resilience in a fast-paced environment to adapt and deliver consistent results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
