SUPERVISOR

Plan and manage recycling processing schedules, manpower deployment and workflow to meet daily output targets and customer orders.

Manage recyclable material procurement, inventory levels and stock rotation to control costs and minimise wastage.

Ensure all recycling and processing activities comply with NEA environmental, safety and hygiene standards, including relevant recycling and waste management practices.

Maintain factory equipment and facilities, coordinating with contractors for scheduled servicing and repairs.

Lead, train and supervise production staff, including supervisors and line workers, on work discipline, safety and standard operating procedures.

Provide basic on-the-job guidance and training to new employees during onboarding.

Job Requirements:

Basic knowledge of environmental protection, recycling and safety practices (e.g. NEA requirements).

Basic team coordination and communication skills able to adapt to shift work and a fast-paced environment.
