Job Responsibilities:
Manage work schedules for massage therapists and front desk staff, and assign daily tasks appropriately.
Conduct on-the-job training for staff to ensure all service personnel are proficient in massage techniques and comply with company service standards.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, providing timely service recovery when needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment, and ensure all equipment is well-maintained.
Job Requirements:
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide a team.
Good customer service mindset, capable of handling customer feedback and unexpected situations professionally.
Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Proactive, responsible, and able to independently resolve operational challenges.
