SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

Production planning and execution: Based on orders and sales forecasts, arrange production plans, reasonably allocate manpower and materials, and ensure production volume and delivery deadlines are met.

Production site and quality management: Implement quality management systems, supervise process operations, and control the rate of non-conformities

Equipment and material management: Be responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of production equipment to prevent equipment failures from affecting the production line

Supervise material requisition and raw material usage, and reduce production costs.

Personnel and performance management: Train and evaluate production staff to enhance their operational skills
