Professional Skills: Proficient in the cutting, assembling and shaping of materials such as gypsum board and integrated ceiling.

Safety Awareness: Ensure the safety of the ceiling structure and be capable of handling the strength of the installation surface.

Construction Preparation: Have the ability to inspect for leaks and pre-lay water and electricity pipelines.

Work Intensity: Need to coordinating with the project schedule.

Quality and Safety Management: Implement the safety production responsibility system, conduct technical briefings, supervise project quality, eliminate construction hazards, and ensure civilized construction.

Coordination and Communication: Represent the company in discussing and resolving technical, design, and contract issues with the owner, the supervisor, the designer, and the supplier, and coordinate various production factors on the site.

Site Management: Guide construction production, supervise the entry of construction units, manage subcontracts within the project, and be responsible for completion acceptance and subsequent warranty work.
