SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

Plan manage, and execute projects, ensuring completion within contractual schedule.

Supervise carpenters to achieve production targets and meet project deadlines.

Conduct quality checks to ensure furniture is fabricated in accordance withconstruction drawings.

Review drawings, design notes, and key specifications.

Attend site meetings, carry out inspections, and monitor project progress.

Coordinate and liaise with contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

Oversee site operations to ensure smooth workflow

Monitor daily site progress and provide regular status updates to management.

Manage project claims.

Ordering of materials for projects.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Knowledge in Interior Design, Carpentry, or Joinery preferred.

Strong team player with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
