Responsibilities:

. Assist Manager to manage daily process and quality.

. Train and supervise a team of assistants in the department.

. Manage and meet daily, weekly and monthly schedule and target.

. Maintain and improve products standards, consistency and factory hygiene.

. Ensure compliance to regulatory laws and requirements.

. Build teamwork to improve productivity.

. Ensure safety at workplace.

Requirements:

. Have working experience with supervisory roles.

. Willing to work in cool room environment and handle frozen products.

. Positive attitude and flexibility.
