Key Responsibilities

- Staff Supervision: Leading, training, scheduling, and evaluating manufacturing technicians and operators.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforcing all safety protocols, health regulations, and environmental standards.
- Process Optimization: Identifying and implementing improvements to production methods to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
