Superintendent

Responsibility:

1. Optimized the plant capacity and utilized trucks fleet efficiently.

2. Check and ensure that the plant is in good operational condition.

3. Check, indent, control and record the in-coming material, out-going material and stock levels.

4. Ensure that the material received is in accordance to the requested product and quantity.

5. Prepare Daily Production Report.

6. Assist in coordinating maintenance work of plant and machineries.

7. Delegates work to subordinates and ensure the works are carried out satisfactory.

8. Manage and control subordinates overtime.

9. To assist and attend to problems at sites and complaints by customer tactfully.
