Summer Internship

Job Description:

This programme will take place from 18 May 2026 - 12 June 2026. It will include activities like workshops, events planning, and enneagram analysis to help you better understand the industry and how you fit into it. On top of that, you will also have the opportunity to receive guidance from experienced agency leaders and practitioners in the financial services industry.

Financial Literacy

Learn more about basic financial concepts like cash flow management, retirement planning, wealth protection, estate planning, and more

• Take part in sponsored licensing examinations

Sales and Marketing

Be equipped with a wide array of skill sets, including:

• Effective communication skills
• Leads generation and prospecting
• Sustainable business development
• Client servicing and referrals

Agency Management

Get a glimpse into the various functions of an Agency Leader in the financial services industry, such as:

• Coaching
• Recruitment
• Business Development Planning

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum A-level/Diploma (or equivalent) in any field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in financial literacy (cash flow, retirement planning, wealth protection, estate planning, etc.)
• Willingness to pursue sponsored licensing examinations
• Interest in developing sales and marketing skills (lead generation, prospecting, client servicing, business development)
• Keen to gain exposure to agency management (coaching, recruitment, business planning)
• Ability to commit to the full programme: 18 May 2026 - 12 June 2026
