Job Summary
We would like the intern to support the Global Learning & Development team in a project focused on enhancing learning engagement through AI tools and data analytics, while also supporting related training initiatives and activities.
Job Description
- Research and explore AI platforms for content creation such as video editing and visual design to improve our learning materials and efficiency in daily work
- Designing learning content, communication materials, and SharePoint site pages, as well as developing bite-sized videos and microlearning modules
- Conduct pilot tests to evaluate each tool's usability, efficiency, and output quality
- Hands-on experience in digital learning, AI integration, and data-driven decision-making within a global corporate environment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for learning materials and digital content
- Support global and local learning projects by coordinating timelines, logistics, and communication
- Assist in proofreading, refining, and updating existing learning content to ensure clarity and brand consistency
- Supports learning data management by updating tracking sheets, generating reports, and building visual dashboards in Power BI. Assists with simple automation workflows using Power Automate
- Assisting in managing existing and new eLearning platforms
- Able to storyboard, film, and edit short learning videos using mobile devices or basic videography tools
- Able to apply AI platforms to create, enhance, and streamline learning initiatives that improve learner experience
- Provide support during training events
Key Qualification
- Bachelors Degree in Business or any relevant studies
- Willingness to explore and learn new platforms and technologies
- Proficiency in creating content using Canva and video editing applications
- Proficiency in AI Prompt, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Good time management and proactiveness.
