Job Description
The successful Intern will learn to conduct macroeconomic, real estate, trends, corporate research and distill business implications for FPL. This role provides exposure to real estate and business planning across asset classes and geographies.
Projects May Include
- Macro economic research: presenting data via dashboards, analysing impact trends,
- Competitor analysis: encompassing a mix of financial comparison and peer benchmarking
- Risks analysis: geopolitical and capital market risks briefing and relevant business implications
Key Qualification
- Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration or Finance, with strong record of academic achievement
- Good analytical and written skills, intellectual curiosity
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
