Job Summary
The successful intern will provide research, operational and strategic support to the Asset Management team/function in specific projects to enhance the operational capability and performance outcomes of the portfolio/asset under management.
Job Description
The Intern will assist the Asset Management team with:
- Asset budgeting with Argus, where the Argus model that can be used for actual FY27 budgeting, valuation forecast, quarterly management and board reports, and other ad hoc feasibility studies;
- Portfolio and asset performance visualization by enhancing Powerpoint report slides;
- Strategic market research that can enhance our market database file that can be used to support strategic review of asset and leasing; and
- Undertake AI-driven property and valuation analysis
Key Qualification
- Currently pursuing real estate and/or investment-related (including valuation) degree.
- Technically proficient with spreadsheet modelling and visual analytics with Excel and Powerpoint.
