Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant

Location: Remote

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Time Management Consultant to support global clients in implementing and optimizing SF Time Management solutions. This is a remote role, offering flexibility while delivering end-to-end project solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP SF Time Management implementations, configurations, and rollouts.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and support business processes.
• Configure and optimize Time Management modules (Time Off, Time Tracking, Attendance, Work Schedules, etc.).
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide end-user support.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and ensure successful deployment.
• Provide remote support for clients across multiple time zones.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
• Strong experience in SF Time Management configuration, implementation, and integration.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM and other SF modules is a plus.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools and virtual workshops.
