We are seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead and deliver SuccessFactors implementations for our top clients. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. This role requires strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, excellent client-facing skills, and a proven track record in delivering complex HCM solutions within the Singapore consulting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and cross-functional teams for SuccessFactors projects.
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including data gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
- Identify, assess, and resolve complex business challenges through in-depth analysis and innovative solutions.
- Oversee and execute implementations for Singapore-based clients, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Work closely with the regional Center of Excellence (COE) team to support various initiatives and ensure alignment with best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience in a Singapore consulting environment.
- Proficiency in both functional and technical aspects of HCM/SF modules, with a focus on implementation across various industries.
- Certified in at least two SuccessFactors modules.
- Expertise in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation processes, including requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and release management.
- Strong client-facing and business analysis skills, with experience working directly with HR teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for application development, support, and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of business architecture, technical solution design, and functional testing.
- Presales experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and deliver additional SuccessFactors modules.
