SuccessFactors Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements across regional and global HR landscapes. The role is responsible for delivery governance, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful outcomes across scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

Key Roles Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors projects from discovery through go-live and hypercare

• Manage multi-workstream delivery (Core HR, Talent, Payroll integrations, data migration, testing, and change)

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, HR teams, system integrators, and vendors

• Own project governance, RAID management, reporting, and executive communications

• Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, data privacy, and security standards

Requirements

• Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations

• Strong understanding of HR processes and cloud-based HCM platforms

• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and risk management skills

• Experience delivering projects in APAC environments is an advantage

• PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate certification preferred
