Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily hands-on maintenance and inspections to ensure all assigned tasks are completed in accordance with service requirements, safety standards, and SUBSAFE procedures.
- Perform troubleshooting and rectification of mechanical and marine diesel systems, including removal, servicing, installation, and system tightness testing.
- Conduct joint inspections and acceptance with ship representatives, and coordinate with ship crews to perform functional testing of ship systems.
- Execute replenishment of submarine supplies, including gases, fuel oil, lubricating oil, and hydraulic oil.
Requirements:
- Preferably at least 3 years of relevant working experience candidates without prior experience are welcome as training will be provided.
- Proficient in the use of mechanical tools and equipment including spanners, ratchet wrenches, lever blocks, and chain hoists.
- Able to read and interpret technical documents such as 2D assembly drawings and schematic diagrams.
