Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage our overall marketing strategy and annual budget, aligning with company sales and growth targets.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee and optimise our digital presence, social media and content marketing. Manage digital advertising campaigns to generate leads and maximise ROI.
- Brand Management: Strengthen our brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all online and offline channels.
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling marketing materials, including website content, blogs, newsletters, brochures, student testimonials, and video content.
- Events & Partnerships: Plan and execute both online and offline marketing events (webinars, education fairs, school visits). Identify and nurture partnerships with schools, counselors, and other relevant organizations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand student needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform strategy.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyse the performance of all marketing campaigns and report on KPIs to the management team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the education, study abroad, or service industry.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong experience with marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
