We are a professional international education and study abroad service provider. Due to business expansion, we are seeking a full-time Study Abroad Consultant/Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation services to students and parents on study abroad programs
- Offer suitable school and program recommendations based on students profiles
- Assist with application documents and visa preparation
- Follow up on application progress and maintain client communication
- Support recruitment events and marketing activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Education, English, or Marketing
- Prior experience in study abroad consulting or education industry preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
