Responsibilities:
- Guide students in writing personal statements, application essays, resumes (CVs), and other study abroad documents.
- Provide tailored coaching and editing to improve clarity, structure, persuasiveness, and overall quality of student writing.
- Review and edit student drafts to ensure grammatical accuracy, strong logic, and alignment with target school requirements.
- Communicate with students regularly to track progress and support time management throughout the application process.
- Collaborate with the study abroad team to align writing guidance with overall application strategies.
- Stay updated on international admissions trends and requirements to continuously refine teaching methods and content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Translation, English Language & Literature, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
- Native English speaker, or near-native proficiency in English writing.
- Prior experience in personal statement writing, admissions essay coaching, or translation/editing preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills, with the ability to guide students in improving logic and expression.
- Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability to meet the needs of students with diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in international education, study abroad consulting, or writing training will be an advantage.
