We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Studio Operations Executive. This role involves supporting both graduation event operations and studio services, ensuring a seamless experience for graduates and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials and items required for graduation ceremonies
- Oversee on-site graduation event operations, including ensuring a smooth robing process for graduates and academic staff
- Assist in preparing customers for their photo shoot (i.e wearing of graduation gowns, fitting of blazers and ties for male family members)
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up calls or messages with customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Support in post-event packing and inventory tracking of graduation attire and accessories
- Maintain accurate records of gown issuance, returns and damages
- Handle walk-in and appointment-based customers, ensuring efficient queue and time management
Requirements:
- Customer service experience preferred (training will be provided)
- Passionate about event coordination, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in any discipline
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and strong sense of commitment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with customers and team members
- Able to work 5 days a week, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, from Tuesday to Sunday (2 rest days: Monday + 1 weekday)
- Meals provided: 2 per day
