Students Recruitment Executive (Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the school's Vision, Mission, and Core Values (VMC) to prospective families.
• Provide clear information on the school's programs, curriculum, and activities.
• Guide families through the admissions process for a smooth and positive experience.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Conduct campus tours and highlight the school's features and benefits.
• Follow up with prospective families to address inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of admissions activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Participate in school events and information sessions.
• Achieve individual and team enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field.
• Experience in sales or a target-driven environment (preferably in education).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
