Student Welfare Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

. In charge of running the overall operation for the care of students

. Check and guide the students on the completion of school homework

. Establish and maintain good relations with students and parents

. Handle enquiries and provide regular feedback to parents

. Need to motivate students in delivering good results on core subjects

. Able to counsel students with behavioral and disciplinary issues

. Evaluate and improve the management and guidance of student

. Need to provide monthly reports on operation issues for Management

. Carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of students

. Ensure meal time is adhere to schedule for the students

. Accompany student for medical consultation

. In charge of outdoor activities and yearly events e.g. homes visit

Requirements:

. University graduate / Diploma in Business

. Candidate needs to have work experience related to education

. Teaching experience at primary level is a bonus

. Able to multi tasks including outdoor work as required
