Job Description

• Plan and organise student engagement, after-school and holiday programmes.
• Supervise students and ensure their safety during activities.
• Guide students in developing positive relationships and social-emotional skills.
• Mentor students in goal-setting, academic support and personal development.
• Prepare activity materials and maintain the after-school engagement room.
• Monitor student participation and follow up on Nabsenteeism.
• Evaluate programmes, collect feedback and prepare reports.
• Work closely with teachers and school personnel to support students.
• Assist with school-wide student development initiatives.
• Review programmes and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Youth Work or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with youths
