Job Description

We area boutique international school in Orchard Road, offering classes tailored toboth mainstream children and children facing developmental or academicchallenges.

We'relooking for a dedicated and compassionate Student Support Officer to bea consistent, caring presence in our students lives - from the moment theyboard the school bus each morning to the final bell in the afternoon.

Inthis role, you'll work closely alongside our teachers to prepare learningmaterials, support classroom activities, and provide hands-on assistance tostudents in their daily learning journey. But this is more than a classroomjob. Our students thrive when they feel safe and supported at every step - andyou'll be the person who makes that possible, both inside the classroom andduring their daily commute.

In-class support

Support teachers with lesson prep, materials andclassroom setup
Provide individual or small-group support, includingstudents with additional needs
Help maintain a structured, safe and positive learningenvironment
Supervise students during activities, transitions andbreak times
Assist during holiday camps and school outings
Help with attendance tracking and learning materialmanagement
Collaborate with teachers, therapists and schoolleadership
Student journey care
Accompany students on the school bus to and from school each day

Assist with boarding and alighting at pick-up anddrop-off locations

Ensure a calm, safe environment throughout the journey

Hand students over safely to caregivers at drop-offpoints

Communicate any incidents or observations to the class teacher

  • What we're looking for
    Diploma in Early Childhood Education, SpecialEducation or a related field
  • Prior experience in an educational setting, especiallyinclusive or special needs environments
  • Genuine passion for working with children in a diverseand inclusive setting
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, flexibleapproach
  • Singaporean or PR only
  • Can reach first Pick-up point along the North-East Line (Boon Keng / Serangoon) by 7:30 am.
  • Able to start by 27 July 2026
