Job Description
We are looking for a Student Services Executive to join our college administration team. The Student Services Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of student administration and engagement. This role ensures the smooth handling of student matters from admissions to participation in college activities, while maintaining a strong front desk presence to manage communication with students and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage Student's Pass (STP) applications and related follow-ups with ICA.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, handling walk-in enquiries, and providing reception support.
- Record, monitor, and update student attendance regularly.
- Maintain and file students Personal Files (P-files) in an organised and accurate manner.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of student orientation sessions.
- Handle student feedback and ensure timely escalation or resolution where necessary.
- Encourage and coordinate student participation in college activities such as masterclasses, external performances, and outings
- Student mentorship and support - Act as a bridge between the College and students to support student welfare, engagement, and communication. Proactively reach out to students to understand their latest needs, concerns, and overall well-being.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
