Student Services & Activities Coordinator
Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time (45 hours per week, including evenings & weekends as required)
This is a dynamic, student-facing role combining student services, compliance, and activities coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless student journey-from arrival and immigration compliance to delivering an engaging and memorable activities programme.
At EF International Language School, our students come from all over the world, with the majority aged 16+ and studying year-round. This is a customer-facing role in a dynamic international environment, supporting a diverse adult student community.
- Ensure compliance with student immigration policies
- Manage student pass processes and documentation
- Maintain accurate student records and attendance tracking
- Prepare documentation for student intakes
- Liaise with EF sales offices globally
- Ensure student files are complete
- Support medical check-ups and pass collections
- Compile reports and maintain SOPs
- Provide front-line customer service at reception
- Support student queries and create a welcoming environment
- Handle concerns professionally
- Contribute to overall student satisfaction
- Plan and deliver activities and excursions
- Manage schedules and logistics
- Coordinate suppliers and transport
- Promote events
- Support Activity Leaders
- Enhance programme based on feedback
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer-facing experience
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
