Student Management Officer Hougang

Working hour

• Mon to Fri: 7.30 am to 4.30 pm

Key Roles

• Assist HOD/SH Pupil Management in student discipline matters

• Key into School Cockpit and school-based systems, track and follow up latecomers, update latecomer files and detention records

• Support Pupil Management Programmes (Smoking/Vaping Cessation, GEAR UP Programme)

• Assist in analysing discipline data (offence trends, attendance, late-coming)

Requirements

• At least 1 year's relevant working experience

• At least a diploma in Psychology, Early Childhood Education or Counselling

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems
