Student Management Officer

Job Description

• Promote Positive Discipline and maintain a positive school environment
• Patrol school premises and engage with at-risk students
• Assist with disciplinary investigations and parent engagement
• Maintain student disciplinary records
• Support intervention programmes such as detention and in-house suspension
• Conduct routine checks within the school and near by areas to ensure student safety and proper conduct

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level qualification
• At least 2 years relevant experience in disciplinary management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player, organised and detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task effectively
• Proficient in MSOffice, Email & Google Tools
