This internship is your gateway to understanding the real-world intersection of technology and business.

The Role: Open to Diploma, Polytechnic, ITE, and University students seeking a mandatory internship.

This is a hands-on internship designed to develop your expertise in two critical areas:technical knowledge(IT support, infrastructure, networking) andclient-facing sales. You will learn how technology solutions are sold and delivered, giving you a unique competitive edge for your future career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our suite of IT solutions (Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking).
  • Client Needs Analysis:Engage with business prospects to identify their IT challenges and pain points.
  • Appointment Setting:Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for our senior sales engineers.
  • CRM Management:meticulously track all interactions and update lead information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Sales Support:Learn and apply the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework to qualify leads and support the sales pipeline.
