We are hiring two Interns for 4-6 months on full time basis for the two teams below;

Community Engagement and Volunteer Management Intern (VCE)

Responsibilities includes:

Volunteer Recruitment and Deployment

Signature Volunteer Programmes Planning and Execution

Training & Curriculum Development

  • Assist with the preparation of training materials
  • Providing onsite support during training

Events Management

  • Provide support and assistance in preparation, execution and operations of events

Administrative duties

  • Includes, but not limited to collation of reports, maintaining volunteer database, upkeep of website and data entry, and any other work assigned by the supervisor

Youth Worker Intern (YW)

Responsibilities includes:

1. Assist in conceptualisation and planning of intervention groupwork programmes in schools for adolescents

2. Assist in engaging of adolescents in 1-1 setting and big group engagement to sieve out their needs, and steer them towards positive trajectory

3. Participate in data analysis and coming up with intervention strategy based on data sets

4. Partake in learning and development sessions with the service group

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

1. To attain a better understanding of adolescent needs in the school setting, in the community, and those who have offending behaviour

2. To acquire interpersonal facilitation skills in working with adolescents and families in the conduct of programmes
