Student Engagement Officer

Qualification, Skill & Experience

a) At least two years of experience in managing students at the primary or lower secondary level.

b) Diploma qualification from a recognized institution.

c) Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

d) Empathy towards students with social-emotional and behavioural needs.

e) Passion and a positive disposition towards working with students with behavioral challenges.

f) Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with school teams, including Year Heads, teachers, counsellors and other stakeholders.
