Student Care Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Students Care Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our student care centre. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment while supporting students academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times

• Guide and assist students with their homework and spelling

• Maintain discipline and implement classroom management strategies

• Plan and conduct simple enrichment activities

• Monitor students progress and behaviour

• Communicate with parents when necessary

• Assist in daily administrative duties (attendance, basic records)

• Maintain a clean, safe, and conducive learning environment

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level / Diploma in any field (Education-related preferred)

• Prior experience in student care / childcare / tuition preferred

• Passion for working with children

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, responsible, and positive attitude

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
